Our manufacturing facility is housed in a newly constructed workshop from 1992, equipped with modern technology. The backbone of our machinery includes CNC milling centers, networked with the work preparation office and numerous WoP workstations. Mobile and stationary lifting equipment are available for loading, transport, and assembly tasks.
For efficient parts machining, we use CNC machining centers of various sizes. Primarily, we employ indexable insert cutters for roughing and solid carbide tools for
finishing operations.

For work on inaccessible mold areas/undercuts, loose piece manufacturing, and inclined drilling, we use 5-axis milling centers from Hermle. Contours that previously had
to be laboriously produced by erosion can now be manufactured precisely and efficiently. Additionally, angled ventilation nozzles can be positioned exactly according to
CAD data.

After the machining process, surface finishing and assembly of components take place.
Electric chain hoists are available for fitting work on larger mold parts.
