We manufacture model equipment for a variety of different molding systems such as Disamatic, HWS, GFD, and Hottinger.

Thanks to our 5-axis milling technology, even very tall and intricate contours, such as those required for ribbed housings, can be produced cleanly and efficiently.

Benefit from our many years of experience in the field of hot and cold box core boxes. We have the right solution for prototypes, small series, and large series.

For complex contours, we offer solutions using multi-part molds, loose pieces, and pneumatically operated sliders on linear guides.

Our range includes the production of low-pressure, gravity, and tilt casting tools made from wear-resistant steels.

We manufacture according to your CAD data or create it in our in-house design department if desired. For cast parts that require sand cores, we also offer core boxes in various designs.

We are also happy to partner with you on new developments. Here is an example of our collaboration with the FILK Research Institute in Freiberg. The goal of the project was to create realistic organ models for surgical training.

We created the CAD models of the organs, produced demonstration models, and developed molds used by FILK for material testing.
